At Oreva Perfumes, we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed and delivered safely. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or provide monetary refunds once an order has been delivered.

1. Refund Policy

• We do not offer monetary refunds on delivered orders.

• If a genuine issue with your order is verified, we will provide a gift code equivalent to the eligible order value.

• Due to hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, perfume products cannot be returned once delivered or opened.

2. What We Cover

We accept claims only for genuine issues such as:

• Product received damaged or broken.

• Leakage noticed upon delivery.

• Wrong product received.

• Product received in a condition that is clearly different from what was ordered.

3. Claim Time Limit

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4. What You Need to Submit

To verify your claim, please provide:

• Order number

• A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package, opening of the package, and the issue

• Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

• Clear photos/videos of the damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect product

The claim will be reviewed based on the information and evidence provided.

6. Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, Oreva Perfumes will issue a gift code equivalent to the eligible order value.

The gift code will be subject to the terms communicated by our support team.

7. Damages After Delivery

Oreva Perfumes is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, storage, misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.

8. Important Note
